iDinheiro is a Brazilian fintech and personal finance platform providing comparison tools and content about credit cards, loans, and insurance.
I joined the company as one of its first five employees, helping build the organic growth engine from scratch — and within two years, we achieved 5 million monthly organic visits and a +300% increase in affiliate revenue.
I designed the first SEO content plan for key financial verticals like credit cards, loans, and insurance — categories known for fierce competition and strict compliance. Within a year, that foundation became an engine: traffic grew from zero to 3 million organic visits per month.
But that was just the beginning. In 2021, I was promoted to Credit Content Lead, responsible for one of the company’s most profitable verticals.
I led a small but mighty team of three, setting OKRs, running weekly 1:1s, and guiding their career growth. Together, we built scalable workflows for content creation, quality control, and SEO optimization — balancing creativity with precision.
Collaboration became our growth multiplier. I partnered with the Product and Technical SEO teams to improve site architecture and internal linking, and worked closely with Sales to align our content strategy with affiliate monetization goals. The result? A +300% increase in affiliate revenue and a steady climb to 5 million monthly organic visits. By the time I left, iDinheiro wasn’t a scrappy startup anymore — it was one of Brazil’s largest finance publishers. And I wasn’t just writing about growth; I was leading it.
